Features: Specifically designed for controlling servo motor movements, MKD071B-061-GP0-KN offers precise control of motor speed, position, and torque. It is characterized by high performance, high precision, high speed, and high responsiveness.
Control Modes: Supports various control modes including position control, speed control, and torque control.
Communication Interfaces: Typically equipped with communication interfaces such as CAN bus and Ethernet for seamless integration with other devices or systems.
Programmability: Allows users to configure and adjust the servo driver through programming software to meet specific application requirements and achieve customized control functions.
Communication Rates: Supports predefined communication rates from standard specifications. Also supports manual setting of all standard rates or rate adaptation via dip switches (with consistent rates for all electrical interfaces)1.
Position proportional gain: This parameter sets the proportional gain of the position ring regulator. The larger the setting value, the higher the gain, the greater the stiffness, and the smaller the position lag under the condition of the same frequency instruction pulse. However, too large a value may cause oscillations or overshoot.
Position feedforward gain: Set the position loop’s feedforward gain. The larger the set value, the smaller the position lag under any frequency of instruction pulse. The feedforward gain of the position loop is large, and the high-speed response characteristic of the control system is improved, but the position of the system is unstable and easy to oscillate.
Connectivity: Support for traditional Remote I/O (RIO) and Data Superhighway Enhanced (DH+) communication protocols.
Data transfer rate: 10/100 Mbps data transfer rate is supported, and different baud rates can be configured, such as 57.6, 115.2 and 230.4K baud rate.
Communication interface: Includes Ethernet I/P communication interface and a 2-pin Phoenix network connector, supporting Daisy chain connection.
LED Indicators: With bright LED indicators to indicate operational elements such as module status, power status, application status, port activity, and error status.
Supported devices: Integrated with Allen-Bradley PLC, SLC 500, PanelView, drives, and Flex I/O adapter modules.
Communication capability: Supports up to 125 slave devices to communicate and is capable of processing up to 1536 bytes of loop input and 1536 bytes of output data.
